Margarita Grilled Shrimp - Printer Friendly
The shrimp can be marinated up to 3 hours before grilling. The amount of red pepper used can be adjusted according to how hot you like it. The marinade is also great on chicken.
This recipe was delicous! We followed it exactly as written. Make sure to use raw shrimp. Do not over marinate or over cook! Grilled some fresh lemon and drizzled over shrimp right after grilling. YUMMO! Try this, you will not be disappointed.
Without even making this will tell you that is the marinade for ceviche and would not leave shrimp in it for 3 hours. Wouldn't even bother to grill shrimp just drain the excess marinade off and eat the lime will cook the shrimp
This was really good! I sauteed it on the stovetop though...too hot to fire up the grill today. I made it exactly as the recipe states. I might spice it up a little next time and I definately want to try it on the grill! A great summer, light meal!
Ooooh yessss! What can I say? I could eat this all day long! Quick, easy, delicious...bought several big bags of Costco shrimp because of this recipe!
Yum, will definitely make these again. So easy and quick, just what I like best!
So easy and so delicious! Only change I made was to use red pepper flakes in place of the ground red pepper.
So simple and so good. I let my shrimp marinate for 3hrs without any ill effects on the meat. The flavor of the meat was wonderful.
